Machine Description
Released in September 1985, Andromeda is a solid-state, four-player pinball machine from the Chicago firm Game Plan.
Designed by Ed Cebula and Mike Kubin with artwork by Paul Faris, the game pairs dramatic space-fantasy imagery with a compact, fast-playing ruleset that includes a bank of drop targets, a lock/saucer multiball feature, and bonus-multiplying play.
Only about 500 units were produced, making Andromeda one of Game Plan’s rarer solid-state titles and a sought-after piece among collectors.
